Members and guests of Freckleton Sports & Social Club in are in for a treat in September when the lucky ticket holders sit down for ‘An Afternoon With Ricky Tomlinson’.
The event, on Sunday, September 21 will see the legendary TV and film actor interviewed on stage by presenter Asa Murphy.
The afternoon promises laughter, heartfelt stories, and behind-the-scenes tales from Ricky’s extraordinary career – including his iconic role as Jim Royle in The Royle Family.
He also appeared as Bobby Grant in the soap opera Brookside, DCI Charlie Wise in Cracker and the titular character in the 2001 football mockumentary Mike Bassett: England Manager.
